RML series coffee powder filling sealing machines are fully automatic high-speed filling and sealing machine, from the cup, the falling cup, screw filling, play code, photoelectric tracking, sealing shear and to take of the cup all are fully automatic operation.

Functions:
The machine can realize: automatic falling cup, automatic filling (screw), manipulator put the sealing film, photoelectric tracking, automatic sealing (two seal), play code, automatic out of the cup (manipulator put the cup to the conveyor belt). These are all automatic operation. The parts in contact with material in this machine are all 304 stainless steel material. It is safety. If the customer need to impact nitrogen or add other function, it can also be realized.
Configuration:
The machine frame adopts the angleiron to weld together, after anti-rust prevention and then to packing by # 304 stainless steel in outside. The bare of the spare parts should be for rust prevention, and is made by the stainless steel and aluminum.
Electrical components adopt "Omron", "Siemens" and so on which are the famous brands in domestic and international. Pneumaticcomponent use the Taiwan "AIRTAC ".
